Overview:
Comeover.com set out to revolutionize the process of apartment hunting by providing landlords and real estate agents with a calendar to list open houses for rentals. When enough open houses are added for a given area at a given time, a shopper could bounce from open house to open house - saving them the time and hassle of setting up individual appointments. I founded the company with over $150k of my own capital in addition to additional capital from angel investors.

Overview:
Neomind Studio began in 2000 as a web design studio that helped pay for food and beer in college for myself and two friends. As we impressed more and more clients, it became apparent that we need not find "real jobs" upon graduation. Over the years Neomind profitably grew and transformed into a software consulting firm for medium-sized business. The company continues to turn a profit, though I stepped out of my role in 2006 to found Comeover.com.
